System Service
ISS is open to contract or partner with end users, original equipment manufactures, integrators, maintenance and service professionals and sales organizations. We prefer to be contracted for new complete systems or solutions; we recognize the gap of talent in the market and we want to help our customers and partners to our fullest ability. We can help with: troubleshooting, service, customization and retrofitting on existing systems that include PLC’s, controllers, HMI’s, radios, instruments, installations, fabrication and modification.
System Design
ISS is available for contracting original designs to solve the problems you are currently experiencing with your automation and controls systems that include PLC’s, controllers, HMI’s, radios, instruments, SCADA. This includes working on creating our own original systems that we can take to market with our partners.
Technical Deliverables
Technical Support:
Provide remote or boots on the ground support for existing customers and employees, and to be able to provide technical knowledge of facility controls, SCADA, and instrumentation to support customers.
Radio Networking and Setup:
Provide customers with remote or boots on the ground technical support of existing radio networks, or integration of new remote wireless devices (Freewave, Xetawave, ABB XIO, Signalfire, and sierra wireless cellular modems)
PLC Programming:
Troubleshoot and provide remote or boots on the ground support for existing controls systems, to expand upon existing systems, or to provide solutions integration for new installations (IDEC, Allen Bradley, Automation Direct)
Controller Programming:
Work with customers to troubleshoot and provide remote or boots on the ground support for new or existing controls systems, to expand upon existing systems, or to provide solutions integration for new installations (ABB Totalflow, Emerson ROC)
HMI Programming and Design:
Work with customers to troubleshoot and provide remote or boots on the ground support for new or existing design a local interface to display all desired information and controls interface in a user-friendly manner (Beijer, Red Lion, IDEC)
Panel Wiring (and end device wiring):
Provide remote or boots on the ground technical support to new or existing customers and provide the technical knowledge to fix existing wiring problems, or to integrate or expand new systems solutions
Device installation and integration:
Provide customers with solutions and device installation and integration.
Safety, Service Contracts, Administrative Deliverables
ISNETWORLD:
Register and manage documentation and reporting for ISNETWORLD and other similar safety and subcontractor requirements on other platforms
Service Contracts:
Review terms and conditions of Master Service Agreements and other contracts - advise on potential risks and obligations. Draft alternative language, negotiate, and execute agreements as required.
Change Orders:
Identify, propose, and execute change orders to maximize cost avoidance and margin improvement
Cost Accounting:
Analysis of labor (indirect & direct), material costs and supplier proposals as inputs to current cost accounting practices to ensure accurate invoicing
